Chris Kiesel
Tournament Director
Chris has 20 plus years of coaching and tournament experience and is originally from Louisville, KY where he trained and played in Southern and Regional tennis tournaments. He highlighted his junior career by being selected to the Kentucky All-State First Team and inducted into the South Oldham High School tennis Hall of Fame.
He moved to Charleston, SC to earn his Bachelorette of Science in Biology at the College of Charleston and followed that with a master's in business administration from the Citadel.
He began his Coaching career at the Family Circle Tennis Center, now LTP Tennis which hosts the Credit One Charleston Open. He quickly became the Director of the Advanced Junior Program for tournament players between the ages of 8-18, where he trained National and World Ranked Junior Players.
During his tenure at Family Circle he was Assistant Coach to the Division I Charleston Southern University Women’s Tennis team. There he trained top 100 Division I Collegiate Singles and Doubles athletes and helped coach the Team to a Big South Conference Championship.
From there Chris took his career to Mount Pleasant, LTP Tennis. Hired as the Director of the Recreational Tennis Programs he worked his way to training highly ranked Elite youth players looking to play professional and collegiate tennis.
He then moved on to Director of the Tennis at the I’On Club where he trained elite junior athletes and prepared them for College and Professional Tennis. He now resides at Wild Dunes as the Director of Junior tennis and assists with the Wand High School Tennis Team.
He prides himself on developing character through the game of tennis, as these attributes help them be successful throughout their life outside of the sport. This love has led him to the direct the Charleston Tennis Circuit where he provides a positive, fun tournament atmosphere in a competitive environment!

Kelly is from New Jersey, but her wanderlust heart led her study abroad in Australia during her undergraduate college days then over to London to pursue a graduate degree in Event Marketing Management. After graduation, she moved back across the pond to NYC, where she spent the next years working in the Events Industry. During that time, her passion of photography began to take over, and once deciding to call Charleston her home with her husband & pup, she created her own photography brand and online shop.
Now, she's also able to combine her love of events and photography and share those with the CTC community!

LONDON
Mascot
London is our adorable, loving mascot. She is from Germany, but her name comes from the city where Kelly and her husband, Sandy first met!
She loves playing with the tennis ball and getting belly rubs!
